The practice’s culture is that of care and service. It is based on a simple piece of wisdom shared by Sir Charles Court, former Premier of WA and Chartered Accountant in public practice, who had a strong belief that “To be of service is not to be servile”. An independence of mind and to speak plainly, without fear or favour, is an important part of being a true professional.

When we recruit, your previous experience will determine the recruitment level:

• Personal ethical standards and work ethics

Shannon Castensen joined the practice as a raw young graduate in August 2001. He had a dream that he would follow the founding principal one day.

He became a fully-fledged partner in June 2011 because the practice had become too large for a sole practitioner. His clients love him and he goes above and beyond to be of service to his clients.

In the meantime, the practice grows organically through its founding principles of good old-fashioned service.
